Installation Day
Our crews average 8+ years experience each. Tear-off, decking inspection, ice and water shield, underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, field shingles, hip and ridge caps, and ridge vent, installed in the correct sequence per manufacturer requirements.
Inspection & Cleanup
Our project manager inspects the finished roof against the manufacturer checklist. You get a written workmanship warranty from Alberta Roofing & Maintenance plus the manufacturer warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
